Daughter of former governor Joaquim Roriz was spotted with her husband from getting kickbacks Durval Barbosa, pivot schema
March 4, 2011 Joaquim Roriz of the Federal District, along with her husband, Manuel Neto, receiving a wad of cash from the hands of former Secretary of Institutional Relations of the DF, Durval Barbosa. The video was recorded in the 2006 election campaign, in-room Barbosa, of the corruption scandal whistleblower known as "monthly allowance of DEM." The scheme was scrapped by the operation Pandora's Box, the Federal Police, and ended up dropping the governor Jose Roberto Arruda.
