I regret to announce that the house where Poe lived in Baltimore, museum dedicated to the great American author for many years, its existence is threatened by a program of fiscal restraint.
So I hope you will sign the petition in favor of its maintenance, which can be accessed via the two links below. The United States, which never made much of Poe or his work, can not be owners, unworthy as appropriate, of matters relating to the memory of their greatest writer. Poe belongs to the universe, and we have reason to intervene.
